Your bag is a delicate piece. To preserve its quality and longevity, please follow these care instructions:

WIPE GENTLY WITH A CLEAN, DRY CLOTH.
KEEP AWAY FROM WATER, HEAT, AND DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
STORE IN A COOL OR DRY PLACE.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All our pieces are MADE TO ORDER and typically take around 2 a 5 weeks to be shipped.
We do NOT offer refunds. We accept exchanges for shoes in case of sizing issues, or returns for a credit note/coupon valid for 6 months. Requests must be approved by our team and initiated within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to send the package back to GLORIOSA. See returns.
