Orders over 200€: Free worldwide shipping.

Orders under 200€:
  - Portugal & Spain: 4.50€
  - Europe: 20€
  - Outside Europe: 40€

Pre-Orders: Items marked PRE-ORDER delivery requires a minimum of one month and may take longer depending on production times.

Customs & Duties: Any customs fees applied are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

We ship all orders with Express delivery typically taking 1–5 business days after dispatch.

Kindly note that customs procedures may affect delivery times depending on your country’s regulations. GLORIOSA is not liable for any delays caused by customs or local authorities.

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, GLORIOSA cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

TAXES & DUTIES

For our customers in the European Union (EU), all orders are shipped duty-free, meaning no additional import taxes or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, orders are shipped under the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) method. This means that once your package arrives in your country, the shipping carrier may contact you to collect any applicable import dutiescustoms fees, or local taxes, in accordance with your country’s regulations.

TAKE NOTE:

If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid duties, taxes, or other applicable fees, the package may be destroyed by customs or returned to the sender. In such cases, all related costs and losses will be the responsibility of the customer, and the original order will not be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING DELAYS

GLORIOSA does NOT provide refunds for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers. Service guarantees may not be applicable in cases such as severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

At GLORIOSA, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made-to-order with attention to detail and quality.

For designs featuring crochet, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume. For simpler styles without crochet, orders are typically ready to ship within 7 days to 2 weeks. You’ll receive email updates throughout the production process, so you’re always informed.
