RETURN POLICY
GLORIOSA is a small brand with exclusive, handcrafted creations. We carefully select our fabrics and materials, which are often available in limited quantities. We do not hold stock.
Each piece is designed and made to order, reflecting the art, care, and dedication that define GLORIOSA. When you place an order through our website, please keep in mind that your piece is made uniquely for you, with time, attention and care. For this reason, we do NOT process returns or refunds. In cases of approved returns due to a confirmed defect, we offer store credit or a coupon code valid for 6 months to be used on our website.
We value handmade production, produced in limited numbers.
We appreciate your understanding and support of our process, which honors time, intention and craftsmanship.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at info@shopgloriosa.com with the following details:
- Your order number;
- A clear photo showing the issue;
- A brief explanation of the problem.
Our customer support team will review the case and arrange a replacement if the item qualifies. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
In the case of a verified defect, we will cover the full cost of the first return.
Please note that claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.
GLORIOSA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If your return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
SHOE COLLECTION
All our pieces are handmade to order in Portugal, with no stock kept.
For this reason, we do NOT offer refunds. We accept EXCHANGES for shoes in case of sizing issues, or returns for a credit note/coupon valid for 6 months.
Requests must be approved by our team and initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with original packaging. We kindly ask that you try your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface, as any marks on the soles will make them ineligible for exchange.
It is the customers responsibility to send the package back to GLORIOSA.
