HOW TO MAINTAIN GLORIOSA PIECES?
At GLORIOSA, we believe in preserving the craftsmanship and quality of each piece. Hand wash only in cold water, using a gentle wool detergent. Dry flat on a clean towel. Do not use a washing machine or dryer.
Take care of them, and they will last for many seasons :)

We primarily work with talented artisans and maintain a limited number of intermediaries, ensuring a more direct and transparent approach. All of our pieces are made to order, with the aim of minimizing waste and promoting mindful, responsible production.
WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PIECE ARRIVE IN?
Your piece will arrive beautifully packed in our custom GLORIOSA packaging. Every order is prepared with care and finished with a handwritten note, because your experience matters as much as the piece itself.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Each GLORIOSA piece is MADE TO ORDER. Items with more elaborate details or crochet work are shipped within 2 a 5 weeks, depending on complexity and order volume.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES & TAXES?
Taxes and import duties are NOT included in the product or shipping prices. GLORIOSA is not responsible for collecting, processing, or paying these international fees.
